Grady

Grady is really growing up lately. He's 16 months old now. His vocabulary is rapidly expanding, but the words he probably knows best are na-nee (candy, I think he is really going to love Halloween!), duce (juice), wamby (Lamby, his little stuffed friend), Du (Luke), baby, tractor, car, and he walks around saying da-doo all the time. Da-doo has lots of different meanings. He loves doing whatever Luke is doing (which means lots of fighting). Although if Luke even comes close to touching him he starts screaming like crazy! I keep telling myself that someday my kids will like eachother! Even though he has learned to throw fits, he is still the easy going kid he's been since birth. I love this kid! He just brightens our days!

I really do promise someday to start blogging about something besides pictures. That said, last week I thought to my self "It's been a long time since I took Grady out for some nice pictures." I just got him dressed, put the kids in the stroller, and headed down the road. In real life this location is really pretty ugly, but it does, in my opinion, photograph well! We didn't do anything portrait-y, but I think I might get the last one printed.

My Newest Niece and My Oldest Nephew

Ty's family is pretty great. There is already a total of 30 grandkids in his family, 15 girls and 15 boys! Last week I had the pleasure of photographing Matthew and Carden. Matthew is a senior this year and Carden was born on Sept. 24th. All I have to say is that I am lucky to be related to such good-looking people! To see more pictures check out my photo blog (More of Carden to come by the end of the week!). Can't wait til my first sibling has her baby in Janurary! Just found out that Necia is having a boy!

Thursday, Friday, Saturday

Thursday, Ty turned 30. It's crazy how time has flown by these last few years. We had a good time celebrating just us, and then Ty and I went out. I love you Ty!

Friday, My friend Amy and I hung out with our kids. We went to the Graham County Fair Parade in the morning. We barely made it there on time. I think I almost put her into labor running to get there from our car!

After the parade we went up Mt. Graham for a picnic lunch and a trip to Angle orchard.

Yes that is a mixture of mostly dirt, with a little bit of cookie and soot on Grady's face!

Even though she is over a year older than him and she is a girl, Aubrey is Luke's best friend.

The orchard was pretty cool. I had only been once before, when Luke was Grady's age. The boys loved the apples!

Emily, Aubrey, Luke and Grady

Saturday, we went to the Funeral for Glena Watson. She was the on I took the pictures for here. She died Sept. 27th of cancer. The funeral was really nice. My heart goes out to here family.

We also went to the Fair. Luke and Grady loved the animals!

I just loved this shot with the moon!

This was the first year Luke actually wanted to ride the rides. We let him ride one, and he choose the train. The ticket lady was nice and let Ty and Grady ride with him for free.

These past few days have been crazy, but fun, and it shows no signs of slowing down next week. I love this time of year!
