Aeris Dental and Due West

We had the awesome opportunity to do something cool for once! Ty's brother, Lan, opened a new dental office in Tucson and had a big party with great food and an awesome band to celebrate. If you love country music, or even just like country a little bit, I'm sure you'd love Due West. The one on the left grew up with Lan and owed him a favor.
If you ever need dental work and live anywhere even remotely close to Tucson, head over to Aeris Dental. The new building is amazing! The dentist is amazing! They even have TVs in the exam rooms!

Luke couldn't help dancing!

Ty and Grady listening to the band.
My signed copy of their CD that isn't released to the public until the end of April! Ty was joking with them about wanting them to make the dedication on the CD to him, so they made it out to me. Cool! Get this CD! The songs are awesome!

fun! My dad has heard of these guys i think. He had a bunch of their songs at Christmas time... maybe he got them from itunes? anyways. I bet that was a fun day.

About dating... It's pretty much a commandment! I have heard this from many pulpits, from ward to conference. I have a very strong belief that it is one of the most important things you can do for your family, (yes kids included.) Your kids need to see that their parents are still in love, to feel secure at home. It helps relieve stress. How can we even talk at dinner time when we are feeding two other kids? Its fun to see each other all dressed up again and perfumed/cologned:) The "spark or fire" is essential to long happy marriage! and I think the word 'sexy' should be used more often in a marriage. These are just some of you reasons you can give Ty when he needs convincing:)

One thing we started doing was babysitting swap! It's the best. We have a couple in our ward who also has two kids. As many weekends that we can, we swap. We will drop our kids off on Friday night and then Saturday night they will bring theirs by. We feed them dinner, and just play around. Its perfect because, you don't feel like you are taking advantage of anyone (mom in-law) and you don't have to pay anyone. It has really worked out for us. As far as dates go. I always am sick of cooking so we usually go out to eat. Then we usually end up just walking around a store holing hands. We also like to spice it up every now and then with a crazy fun idea like the mechanical bull, movie, temple, or a progressive dinner.

I saw a link to this cool site but have never actually done any of these. I do plan on it someday!
